The Community Schools Partnership Grant is helping to currently fund these enrichment and/or extended learning opportunities and other supports for students and families. 

These have been identified as needs through family and staff surveys as well as a review of student data.

We are continually re-evaluating needs as the year progresses.

Its integrated focus on academics, health and social services, youth and community development and community engagement leads to improved student learning, stronger families and healthier communities.
